I am Kusum Mongia.
I am a mindfulness teacher/facilitator. I have been a mindfulness practitioner since 2014 and my personal experience with mindfulness encourages me to share what I have learnt about this practice. I share mindfulness tools with the primary purpose of increasing wellbeing in the communities we engage in.

I currently reside in Surrey, UK. In my prior life, I have lived, studied and worked in India and in the USA. I have an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Delhi, India and an MBA from University of Chicago, IL, USA. Professionally, I have also worked as a software engineer (Unisys Corp.) and a corporate strategist (McKinsey & Co., Motorola Inc.) on multiple continents before arriving at my current home in mindfulness.
