'Mindfulness for Wellbeing', an 8-week course

I currently offer an 8-week 'Mindfulness for Wellbeing' course that is based on  MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course curriculum.  It comprises of 8 weeks of 2-hour weekly sessions. Information pertaining to every week's theme is shared digitally with the participants as the course progresses.  Free audio guidance of mindfulness practices is also shared to facilitate home practice.

'Mindful Attitudes for Daily Life', an 8-week course

This is a new course designed specifically for people with very busy lives.  It helps people to get familiar with the concept of mindfulness.  It is an 8-week course comprising of 45-minute long weekly sessions.  First seven sessions focus on one of the seven attitudes for living a mindful life.  Last session brings the whole course together.  Each session is an equal blend of a quiet mindful practice as well as a conversation on exploring real everyday life within the context of the attitudinal theme of that session.

This course can be an introductory stepping stone to the more in-depth ‘Mindfulness for Wellbeing’ course or it can serve as a reminder tool to invite mindfulness into our daily lives.
